Accommodation rules

We ask you to familiarize yourself with the basic rules of accommodation in our hotel. Compliance with these requirements contributes to a comfortable, safe and legal stay of each guest.

HOTEL CHECK-IN RULES

To check-in to the hotel, it is mandatory to present the original of an identity document. This complies with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular:

The Law of Ukraine "On Tourism";
The Rules for the Use of Hotels and Similar Accommodation Facilities, approved by the Order of the State Tourism and Resorts Commission No. 19 dated March 16, 2004 (as amended);
The Law of Ukraine "On the Provision of Public Services".
Acceptable documents:

Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID card or passport-booklet, Act);
International passport;
Driver's license (for citizens of Ukraine);
Temporary or permanent residence permit (for foreigners);
Birth certificate - for children under 14 years old.
The absence of an identity document is a reason for refusal of accommodation.

PAYMENT TERMS

Settlements in Ukraine are made exclusively in national currency at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine for foreign currencies on the day of payment.

When placing children under 5 years old (inclusive) with their parents in the same room without providing a place, the fee for children's accommodation is not charged.

An additional tourist tax is charged in the amount of:
- for domestic tourists - 32.00 UAH.
- for inbound tourists - 80.00 UAH.

The room rate includes: Internet access (WiFi), television, cosmetic set, safe.

Hotel rooms of the same type may differ slightly in interior.

The hotel accepts cash and credit cards for payment.

EXTRACT FROM THE RULES OF THE HOTEL UKRAINE

The time of registration and check-in at the hotel begins at 14:00 of the current day local time.
The time of departure of guests and the settlement time is 12:00 of the current day local time.
Check-in until 14:00 is an additional paid service and is provided subject to the availability of free rooms.
For early check-in from 06:00 to 14:00, payment is made in the amount of 50% of the room cost for one billing day, subject to the availability of free rooms on the day of check-in.
For a stay in the hotel for less than a day, payment is made for the full billing day.
Check-out after 12:00 is an additional service, provided subject to the availability of free rooms and is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of the day of stay (services provided) only until 20:00, check-out after 20:00 is paid as for one billing day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of reservation without penalty - 24 hours before arrival, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the contract or the terms of reservation at a preferential rate. In case of no-show, a fine of 100% of the cost of one night's stay in a room of the appropriate category will be charged.

Rules for accommodation of minors
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, persons under the age of 18 may be checked into the hotel only if they have properly executed documents confirming the consent of their parents or legal representatives.

CONDITIONS FOR CHECK-IN OF MINORS

- Accompanied by adults (parents or legal guardians):

Check-in is carried out upon presentation of a document certifying the identity of the adult and the child (passport, birth certificate).

A document confirming the family or guardianship relationship (if necessary).

- Unaccompanied by parents/guardians:

Check-in is only possible with a notarized power of attorney from parents or legal representatives.

The power of attorney must clearly indicate the permission to stay at the hotel, the duration of stay and the person responsible for the child during the stay (if necessary).

A copy of the passport of one of the parents or legal representative who signed the power of attorney is also required.

In the absence of these documents, the hotel administration reserves the right to refuse check-in to persons who have not reached the age of majority.

CONDITIONS OF STAY WITH PETS

When checking into the hotel with a pet, a veterinary passport is a mandatory condition. Accommodation with one animal weighing up to 10 kg is allowed (exception: guide dogs). Other pets are allowed only after agreement with the hotel administration. The cost of the service is 15 EUR / night.

ABOUT TOURIST FEE

Persons who:

- permanently reside, including under the terms of employment contracts, in a village, settlement or city, the ranks of which establish such a fee;
- Ukrainian citizens arriving on a business trip (the person's stay on a business trip is confirmed by an order or order of the enterprise on sending an employee on a business trip);
- disabled people and persons accompanying disabled people of group I (no more than one accompanying person);
war veterans, participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident;
In order to confirm the legality of granting a benefit, the tax agent must have copies of relevant documents confirming the person's belonging to a preferential category.

Article 10 of the Tax Code of Ukraine determines that local taxes and fees include, in particular, the tourist fee.

Article 268 of the Tax Code of Ukraine stipulates that the payers of the fee are citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, as well as stateless persons who arrive on the territory of an administrative-territorial unit, and for which a decision of a village, settlement or city council on the establishment of a fee is in force, and receive temporary accommodation (overnight stay) services with the obligation to leave the place of stay within the specified period.

SMOKING PROHIBITION

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Restrictions on Smoking Places for Tobacco Products” dated 24.05.2012 No. 4844-VI, smoking of tobacco products, as well as electronic cigarettes and hookahs is prohibited in hotel premises and in restaurant establishments (rooms, corridors, lobby, restaurant). A fine of 1000 hryvnia is charged for violation! In case of detection of a violation, the administration has the right to evict the guest without refunding the paid funds.
