Celebrating 5 Years of the "Uzol and Manko" Channel and the Launch of the book "Feel Ukraine"
Five Years of YouTube Travels and a Debut Book: Famous Travel Bloggers Max Uzol and Olia Manko Present "Feel Ukraine" at the Symbolic "Ukraine" Restaurant
On July 2, 2025, a deeply meaningful event took place in the hall of the Ukraine Restaurant. The choice of venue was far from accidental: presenting the book "Feel Ukraine" by bloggers who have dedicated years to promoting domestic travel routes, held within the namesake Hotel Ukraine, created a powerful symbolic harmony.
The event brought together friends, colleagues, and prominent guests to celebrate a double milestone: the fifth anniversary of the "Uzol and Manko" YouTube channel and the release of their first printed guidebook, "Feel Ukraine: 50 Most Beautiful Corners of Ukraine."
During the evening, Max and Olia looked back on how it all began. Today, their channel boasts 270,000 subscribers, over 40 million views, and thousands of people who have fallen in love with Ukrainian landscapes through their lens.
"The idea of creating a book about Ukraine was born several years ago," shared Olia Manko. "We wanted to gather the most beautiful spots we’ve visited over these five years in one place. Above all, to remind Ukrainians: our country is incredible."
The book has become a logical continuation of their journeys, transforming digital coordinates into tangible emotions that readers can now hold in their hands. For such an event, Hotel Ukraine proved to be more than just a venue — it was a true symbol, a place where the hotel’s name, the book’s title, and the authors' life mission merged into a single story of love for their homeland.

The hotel management and team joined the gratitude campaign for Infantry Day, which was initiated by the Cultural Forces and the command of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"This installation is our opportunity to thank the Ukrainian infantrymen and pay tribute to the defenders who gave their lives in the fight. In every sense of the word, to highlight that we do not forget the price of our freedom," commented the owner of the Hotel "Ukraine" Maksym Krippa.
As part of the gratitude campaign, a number of events were implemented: the release of the music album “Standing Infantry” written by servicemen, the opening of the Alley of Defenders of Ukraine with the commemorative sign “Infantry”, a thematic installation near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, and much more. The campaign was also supported by many Ukrainian organizations and companies, placing thematic posters and slogans on their own platforms.
