Kiev cycle track is a sports facility in Kiev.
The first "cyclodrome" was built in Kiev in 1899, the second in 1913.
In 2009, one of the oldest cycle tracks in Europe was destroyed with the consent of the city authorities and a residential building was built in its place.
In 2016, the dilapidated track was restored and reopened in 2017.

Kiev is a city of romantics. A bridge with five names.
An old, beautiful, cozy bridge with an unusual view of the Dnieper and the Left Bank of Kiev is located in the center of the capital and is the link between the City Garden and the Khreshchaty Park.
Its formal name is Parkovy, but the people still use the names «Bridge of Lovers», «Kissing Bridge», «Devil's Bridge», «Small Paton Bridge». Each of them has its own background.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the Bridge of lovers in Kiev was the only way connecting the lower Dnieper slopes and the center. It was necessary to cross it in any weather and time of day. During a strong wind, the structure swayed, which inspired fear among pedestrians. So the name «Devil's Bridg» arose.
But it was called «kiss» relatively recently - with the advent of the tradition of fastening locks on the railing, as a symbol of the durability of feelings of couples in love.
The bridge, where they declare their love, today the bridge of lovers in Kiev is a romantic place where couples leave all kinds of signs to remember their love: locks, ribbons, inscriptions.
